It has been manufactured as a quantitative application device for cartridge sealing material. It also comes standard with a cartridge remaining amount detection feature.
To apply a precise amount of commercially available 330ml sealant, the cartridge is pressurized with an air cylinder and delivered to the gear pump, where the measured application is performed. The application head uses a sack-back method, ensuring a clean cut at the end of the application.
